Just want to donate- worked great, then a software issue I couldn’t wait for, went and got a 100 buck b/w printer. 
I bet it can be fixed and given to a school .

What software issue are you referring to? could you elaborate more, so we can work on getting you a solution?

When was the last time it was working?

Any hardware or software changes done before the issue occurred?

Which OS are you using with the printer?

And what is the issue, in detail?
