Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I bought an HP monitor 2 months ago. This product started showing a thin semi-transparent shade in one portion of the screen. But the tricky part is that these lines would not come if you take a photo or video of the problem. I tried contacting the HP support via whats app and the agent is adamant in getting a snapshot of the problem. I don't see any other effective way of registering a complaint either. At this point, I am totally frustrated and disappointed with HP's product quality and its service.  Their process of problem briefing with the customer is not all helping me. I am totally dissatisfied with both their product and customer service.

Can anyone help me, please?

Bimal
