HP Recommended

Hi,

 

Every time I try to log into the Forum, the site will not accept my existing password and I have to select a new and different password, going through the security questions.

 

Is this normal here? It doesn't happen in any other forums that I belong to. What can I do to prevent this so that I can simply enter my password and log in?

 

Thanks for any help you might be able to give.
