I know my password but my windows 10 new HP 15 says it i

HP Recommended
My laptop says I am using the wrong password. I have used the same one many times. How do I correct? It is a new Hp15, windows 10

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand you are having an issue with password. I will be glad to help you.

 

Make sure the Cap Lock is not on.

Hp can not help change password if not working for security resaons.


Microsoft policy about lost or forgotten passwords

HP Recommended
HP had me completely reset my computer and told me it was a Microsoft problem. I have had no problem since
