I have reached out to HP five or six times regarding their Print Anywhere service that my printer supposedly supports. I have never been able to use it, and all attempts to resolve the issue have failed. I am tired of explaining the situation to new representatives constantly, and in the last chat, the agent quit responding and left the chat. I want to know where I can file a formal complaint and possibly get a refund for this printer that will not do one of the biggest features I was after.
