I ordered a care pack, have an order number, sent the email to register, heard nothing

HP laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I ordered a care pack, got an email with the order number and a request for information to register. Sent that in and never heard a thing. now I keep getting message that I'm out of warranty. How to check if I really have carepack. Can't reach a human being at HP.

@harveynehoiden You can always click here to access the HP warranty check to check the details of your warranty,

And if you see something that's incorrect, simply click on "dispute this" and it should be rectified.

I checked the warranty page and it says warranty expired and trying to follow a previous community help message I looked for "Dispute this" but there no such option. What now?
