I've tried SEVERAL times to find the status of my order. Each time I'm sent to a text that wants me to buy a URL shortener??? Any human I talk to sends me to an automated response that gets me nowhere. I just want piece of mind that our money and/or computer wasn't stolen!!  At least notify us of delays so we don't worry.

@Sahmi I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
