I purchased an HP care pack on December 29,2020. When will the care pack be usable?

Sure - at some point the online database might get caught up.

Whether that happens has no impact on the actual contract.

 

Now that it's registered, if you want to submit a case to Warranty repair, you might reference the Care Pack.

Regardless, HP Support should also be able to track a registered Care Pack and accept an eligible submission.

Register the Care Pack.
