I have exactly the same issue, my order for laptop(price around 1900$) constantly declined, I’ve tried a lot of times.

 

I tried Paypal, CreditCards, GooglePay 

when I call my bank they told me the problem from HP and the bank authorized the payment.

I tried to call phone number HP sent it to my email but no one response also in live chat i am waiting but no one answer me.

 

I make the best configurations for my laptop i did not find it in othee stores or websites so please help me how to solve this Problem!!
