Hello I have called multiple times and received no help. I’ve been told I deserve a refund but I keep getting charged more instead. I keep this because I need the services I hate that Hp has become a company that doesn’t value their customers. I have to call multiple times before I can get help.
I have been hung up during transfers or while the rep is “speaking to a manager”. I’ve waited on hold for hours. I have owned ho computers and products for years but the customer service goes down more and more each year. I hate supporting a company that doesn’t value its employees at all. They outsource the labor when they could be giving jobs to Americans. I’m tired of this lying company.
