Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

THE WORST PROGRAM EVER! I never received cartridges on time, ran out of ink and couldn't use a cartridge bought at a store because then the printer wouldn't print. So I cancelled the service and guess what? all of the ink left in the cartridges that were sent to me I can't use! The printer won't print at all until I go buy 4 brand new cartridges, never mind I have paid into this program for over a year! This is the worst and customer service? WORTHLESS told me it wasn't my ink in the first place. NEVER SIGN UP FOR THIS

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
