I agree what a public relations nightmare. If I were HP I would have a new printer fed-ex'd to him immediately before the facebook posting goes viral. We had a brand new server show up DOA and HP's only answer was to send it back after we spent hundreds with our IT provider trying to get it to work, they said they were under no obligation to reimburse us for labor costs. The HP that created the laserjet in the past would never have done these things.

Just saw where HP would not fix an all-in-one used to support our soldiers serving in Afghanistan. Surely, this is bad information. Surely, HP would not respond this way. Tell me it isn't so. I have been using HP products for years ! If this is true, it will certainly result in a significant loss for your company. The company better get out in front on this one quick !!
