HP Recommended

I recently watched a video that claims that HP is giving sponsorship to young people doing projects. They are telling their audience to send them their project ideas so they can reach out to HP and get them sponsorship. They also give an example of a project by a Japanese student however I didn't see any HP branding on the robots they made. I  personally enjoy projects and would love to participate but this source seemed unreliable therefor I want to confirm with HP itself.
