Envy 5050
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Can anyone please provide me a dedicated contact email address or telephone number in order to escalate my complaint to HP.

My Envy 5050 was replaced under warranty following several lengthy Technical Support calls and WhatsApp messaging. I received a refurbished Envy 5030 which I understand shares a lot of parts and spec but is also different. That a side the machine I received hadn't been properly refurbished and had visible dirt ingrained in various areas.

Tried to get a like for like machine that isn't dirty and I keep going around in circles. I was finally given a complaint reference number but no-one has contacted me and when I try and follow up the complaint reference isn't recognised and I go around in circles again.! 

Still no printer and not been informed of what is happening. Meanwhile my insta ink account is going to waste! 

 

I would be grateful if anyone can direct me to HP's complaint department or information how I can escalate, I would be deeply appreciated.
