Ok so I typed an Eight paragraph plea for help with my laptop, and the broken filter system keeps telling me I'm including personal information and my serial and product number when I KNOW for a MF fact I'm not. Seriously do I need to type my question on a Google doc and link it?

As far as I'm aware, we do not have a filter that prevents users from posting that type of information. Do you have the specific error message that pops up when you are trying to make a post?
