Throughout today and yesterday I, along with many unhappy users, have been unable to log into our HP Student Accounts. For me, this is quite crucial at the moment, since I am in the process of returning some of my products, and have been not been able to continue this further.
On the login screen, the error message is as follows:
"Your account is already registered in Kingdom Store, you cannot access the store in a different country. Please visit your country login page or contact us if you want to migrate your account to a new country"

I have attempted to ask for help on other user's forum pages, however, I have had no reply, which is beginning to become quite frustrating.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
