My registration was cancelled and I really want to know why (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Other-HP-Consumer-Products-and-Technologies/Matrix-Variables/m-p/315064...) ?

I made one coment regarding how HP need to add symbology into there notepad and I get kicked and have to create a new Identity!

Can't HP handle critisism regarding there products inorder to make them better?

If I get kicked off again for this after supporting and using there products ranginging from 2 printers and 4 calculators I will request a full purchase refund for the PRIME, forget RPN and move to there major competitor.

I am really hoping for a legitamate explanation as to why this would happen to a contributor at level " Tutor".

Hi Justin-1981!

Looking at your original account, I can not see a reason why you would not be able to log in.  It appears to be okay and you should be able to post from it.

Could you please let me know the message you receive when you try to log into the account?  Thank you!

I do not receive any message. I can not log in.

Then when I selected forgot password and had to input my email it states no account with that email.

So either I was kicked or something else has happened to delist my account.

Hi Justin-1981, I'm sorry, I'm not sure what is going on with your account.  I'm going to pass this post along to get you help with getting to your account.  Please watch your private messages (as well as this thread) in case you are contacted through PM.  Also please note as it is the weekend and near the holidays, there may be a delay in reply.  In the meantime feel free to use this account to continue posting.

I've reset the password for this account (the one you say is locked out).  If you don't receive the reset email let me know here by sending me a PM, I can give you the URL of where to go to reset it.
