Product: HP Laptop

Good Day everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone might know if HP sells laptops that are scratch or dented at a discounted price?

I am on Social Security Disability Benefits, Which means I am a low-income individual, I am in need of a laptop, I am wanting to return  to college online I have completed my first year.  I haven't enrolled  for the spring course selection yet until I obtain a new laptop. I can receive student discounts on such items once enrolled, my Android phone is in bad shape making it hard to view on my screen and public libraries are still closed due to COVID 19.

If you know the answer to my question or any other site I would greatly appreciate your time & help.
