Can't believe that you buy a product from a company a product that is expensive and get such poor service even when the motherboare is on recall for starting fires. ARRRRRGH....where is the responsibility here. Laptop was bought in May of last year and by the end of June did not work....spent the summer sending the stupid thing back and forth and going through all of the silly antics on the phone with a "canned" smeal about how to fix this and how to try that to get the stupid thing to work. Warranty is out in 78 days. Won't it be fun when the warranty is out and no solution has been rendered....might as well hang the laptop out on a tree limb for the birds to sit on because it is worth little more than that and the service has been truly disconnected from the problem. I woulllllllld strongly warn not to buy HP laptops. Service is absolutely frustrating and totally not worth the time put into it. Serious misrepresentation of a product when there is a recall and nothing can be done to have the stupid thing replaced. It isn't a mouse, or a monitor which would be easy to replace......it is the stupid motherboard....really stupid situation to be in.
