I purchased X360 HP Envy Notebook 

I used the laptop for an hour yesterday but when I switched on t laptop today, the battery had been drained. I tried connecting the given charger but the laptop doesn't get charged.

The same charger is working well on my android phone but the laptop isn't getting charged.

I checked YOUTUBE videos on rebooting and checking hp diagnostics (the battery needs to be recalibrated)

I tried connecting with the physical store I bought the laptop with but they suggested I reach out to the hp support team on call. No Agent called me back despite waiting for 30 minutes, I somehow connected with an agent on WhatsApp who asked me to do the same things the youtube videos suggested and then asked me to make videos of the suggested actions to send to him.

 

After an hour of doing all this (and testing my patience), the agent said I contact the physical store. 

 

I am already suffering from a health condition and have been having a severe headache while interacting with the agent on WhatsApp (who would not help in connecting me with an agent who can call me).

 

After spending 4 hours on this, my laptop is still not getting charged.

 

What is wrong with HP? I spent a lot of money on this laptop yet nobody from the company is helping me out. 

This is completely outrageous and unacceptable customer service.

Kindly take urgent action to resolve this and help me out.
