I ordered a customized laptop and it's been stuck in processing for a month. I understand it takes a while to complete customized laptops orders by why has it been stuck in processing for so long?

I did a bit of digging and it turns out that HP's site tracking isn't being updated right after shipping out the product. It's possible that your laptop was already shipped and is currently in customs like mine is. I heard that it's helpful to sign up for Fedex Delivery Manager. I think that lets you know if you've got a package coming your way. It's a lot faster than the onsite tracking HP is using right now.
