My laptop was shipped on Feb 20. After that, it has been stuck in the FedEx local facility in Shanghai, China since Feb 20. FedEx shows that it can be delivered on the 26th, but the laptop is still in Shanghai. My friend and I bought the same model laptop on January 9, and we did not receive our laptops by February 26th. We are really frustrated about this.
It seems that my friends and I are not the first to encounter this kind of problem. At the same time, I think this kind of accident has a bad influence on brand reputation.
I hope someone can help me.
