Laptop stuck in Shanghai

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with ordering a custom laptop online. 

I recently ordered an hp pavilion 15t online. Estimated delivery is Monday, February the 3rd however for the past week the delivery notifications have said that it's in transit in Shanghai, at a local fedex facility in Shanghai, international shipment release import in Shanghai, back to in transit in Shanghai.

Has anyone had a similar experience with shipping a custom product from China to the states? I highly doubt it will be here by Monday as estimated. Not sure what the hold up is.

Looks like as soon as I posted this, my laptop was delivered today. 

It was shipped from Chongqing, China on the 22nd of January, left Chongqing that same day, was at a local facility in Shanghai for 7 days apparently, on the 30th it still showed it was in Shanghai but then an hour later it was in Memphis, Tennessee. It was then released and arrived in my home state. Delivered 3 days sooner than anticipated and 3 weeks sooner than estimated by HP when I bought the laptop online.
