Has anyone else received shipment updates from their laptop purchase over Cyber weekend? I purchased my laptop Nov. 27th with an expected shipment date of December 16th.

I have received no email with updated shipping/tracking information.

The site says that, 'should there be a delay, you will be advised through email the business day after your Estimated ship date.' It has been two business days and I have received no such email. 

The site also says that, 'should there be a delay it also will be reflected on the confirmation when you log in,' but of course it does not show any updates either.

I'm in the same boat that you are. It's shocking that a company as large and successful as HP doesn't have a working status system and that they leave paying customers completely uninformed! I would understand if this were a smaller company or the year was 2003 but this is borderlining incompetence and approaching negligence.
