Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received notification that my laptop shipped on Aug 20. Tracking shows it still hasn't moved.  The sales rep said I would receive the laptop in 3 to 8 days. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered. I've spent 30 minutes trying to find a live body to talk to and I just keep getting shuffled through the phone system. Anyone know a telephone number to talk to a live body?
