Hi,

 

I've been trying to organise a return for a product over the last few days but I haven't been able to access live chat. It always comes up as not responding. Is there a fix for this?

Who are you trying to chat with?   HP Tech Support, or the HP Online Store?

 

What device are you using, which OS, and what kind of browser??

I'm trying to contact live chat so I can return a battery which didn't fit my laptop, so Refunds & Exchanges.

This is not the correct Forum - we are mostly a group of Volunteers who offer tech support, not sales support.

 

You need to go to the website that you purchased the item from.  Perhaps the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of each page there can provide an alternate method to contact them if their chat module is still not working.

Trying to get HP technical support.  It is not working. I am on Firefox and an HP Pavillion Notebook.
