I sent my Laptop in for reparation about 5 weeks ago and just received it back today, I know that they had all spare parts needed for over two weeks before finishing the reparation. Does anyone else have similar problems with reaparation time? It feels bad to be without my computer for weeks now when all schoolwork is online especially knowing that they apparently doesnt care about fixing it within an reasonable amount of time

I've been without a computer for 2 months now after sending it in for repair. I'm now waiting weeks for a refund. The pandemic is probably a factor but people were having similar problems with HP long before the pandemic began. Something is very wrong with the company I think.
