HP Envy - 13-ah0001na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Only 5 months after my warrenty expired, and 17 months after I purchased the laptop, my HP Envy 13 started repeatedly showing blue screen errors. I tried to solve the problem myself but was unsuccessful. I recently spoke to HP about the issue and they decided the only way to fix the issue was to send the laptop in for repair at a cost of £440.

I am extremely dissappointed with HP as I feel I have every right to expect an £800 laptop to last longer than 18 months, especially when you consider the fact that it had had very light use throughout those months. I would like to make a complaint to HP but I cannot find a way to do so.

If anyone has a link or contact details I would be extremely grateful.
