I am from Bohol, Philippines which is in different island of the service center near me located at Cebu, Philippines.

It is possible to request from the service center to send my laptop to my location?

The laptop was brought to the service center by my friend who went home from Bohol for a short vacation and went back to Cebu for personal reasons. He's not coming to Bohol any soon. The laptop is already repaired and ready to be picked-up but my friend can't pick it up due to the following reasons : Cebu city is in stricter quarantine rules due to rising covid-related cases which means it's not practical to go over to the service center just to get the laptop and send it over to me (through courier services). All travel inbound and outbound Cebu city through pier is cancelled until August 15, 2021 hoping it will not be extended since it is the only transportation from Bohol to Cebu. 

My laptop's warranty is about to end on Sept 06, 2021 and i still am about to send a help support or maybe RMA since i have been suffering from random 3-5 seconds lag (audio stuttering, display lag) which happens anytime whether i'd be gaming, watching movies, browsing since the day i bought the laptop. I didn't know it was problematic since it's my first time owning a laptop.

This sort of request is outside of our influence - we are a user group nestled in the HP Website.

"We" are not Support.

 

That said, what you need might be possible > You best ask Support about rerouting options.

Use the contact information you received when the system was accepted for repair.
