HP Notebook 3vn38ua
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my hp laptop on 5/2019. Around christmas 2019 my hard drive went. I am pretty sure that the manufacturers warranty is for 1 year. When I check my warranty it says its expired as of July 2019. I've sent in two disputes with my proof of purchase and still have not heard anything back. I guess I'm just at loss and don't know what to do next. I would really like my computer fixed. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Traci15,

Kindly call this number 1800-474-6836.

Once you got a live person on the line. Kindly inform them that you have a warranty dispute. You will be given a case number and they will shoot an email. Kindly reply to the email and attach a proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase includes:

Name of the store

SN and PN

Date of purchase

Amount

All stated above should be in a clear copy of either picture or scan

Once your Proof has been validated. You will a received an email for confirmation.

Validation would last for 2-3 business working days then the warranty will reflect on HP websites and database on the next 5-7 business working days.

Cheers,

ichi
