HP Recommended

Hello,

I ordered an HP Z2 Mini G5 Workstation in December last year, It was delivered to the wrong address on 2021/12/16. The shipping address in my order is correct (Opa Locka. FL), but somehow FedEx delivered to the wrong address in Miami, FL, but not in Opa Locka.

I have reported this issue several times via email, and every time I am told to wait due to high volumes, weather conditions, or because they are still investigating. The phone waiting times are too long. I have asked FedEx, but they can not give me more information since I am not the sender, but HP. According to the tracking info, it is clear that there was a mistake from the HP sender who wrote the wrong address or perhaps FedEx changed the address.

I can not understand how a prestigious brand like HP can not give me a real solution after one month. How long do I have to patiently wait?

Best regards,
