HP Omen 27 inch 240hz

Purchased the 27 inch HP omen monitor on 11/12, fedex said it delivered 11/17.  Never received it.

 

 

I have had no luck whatsoever contacting customer service. I have only managed to get in touch with tech support, who keeps directing me to a line that insists I need to contact tech support via the chat app again. I keep getting sent in circles and I have literally left my phone at my desk for an entire day on hold, with no response from HP. Is there a way to resolve this?
