My HP 64 gb pendrive is not working. It's showing only 8 mb is available I tried deleting partition

My HP 64 GB pendrive is not working its showing only 8 mb is available I tried deleting all partition and formatting it it shows the total space is 8 mb . Please help me by providing solution to it
