Pavilion x340 14” 2-in-1

I bought my Hp Pavilion x360 14” 2-in-1 a week ago and it was working perfectly fine until yesterday when I was recommended a Windows update. My laptop has always run a bit hot but now it won’t turn on, even after I tried hard resetting it, and the charging light stays on when plugged into to charger but my laptop doesn’t turn on and it still feels hot. Also emitting a bit of a smoky smell from the bottom and side with charger. Help!
