Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried disputing my warranty but the page never loads. The care pack registration email gave me different beginning and end dates from the dates on my account. I bought a 3 year care pack, and I'm only seeing a 2 year warranty. This was supposed to begin after my one year warranty ended, it is not an extended warranty and I don't understand where the dates are coming from on my account. It says 3 year care package but the beginning and end dates are not a 3 year span.
