My Profile on HP forum changed to offline and can not get back online .Had to create new profile to send message but now all my items are messed up .Please help to get my old profile to work again.

Your original account, Copier-Pro, is still there and I do not see any issues with it. I've forwarded this to our forum admin who should be able to take a deeper look into what is going on here.
