My new Hp S6500 speaker not working

HP Recommended

Today I have received new HP S6500 speaker. But this spaeker is not working. Indicator lights of speaker are not blinking. I also tried it on different USB ports but result is fail.

What should I do?

Where to complaint?

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Did you turn the speaker on with the power switch on the bottom?

 

Have you fully charged the device?
