My order was canceled by mistake and the money was not returned to my card

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When you buy a laptop from your site, you first accepted the order and then you canceled it and the money didn't return to my card and you blocked it, it's already blocked for eight days

What should I do next? I really need money, contact me
