MyHPSupport Registration

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm attempting to "Sign up for new user" here

I already have an HP ID.


Each time I register as a company user on the link above, I'm presented with "user with email (insert my email here) already exists. For more information go to our FAQ page."


I've emailed and haven't heard anything back...
