I am having several issues including some of the images in the Album will not send to the digital frame. I would like to find HP’s Support page or a phone number to contact. Can anyone provide this contact information. Thanks much!

As I understand you have trouble using the HP wireless digital photo frame,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you check the user guide for supported formats?

Supported Formats: (Page. 30)
Video clips must be in an MPEG-1, MP4, & Motion JPEG (AVI and MOV) file formats

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
* Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
* Enter Product number or select to auto detect
* Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
* Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get a Case & phone number.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.

I’m having the same issue in that it’s telling me my WiFi password is incorrect. It definitely is not as I have entered and verified it several times. I’ve also logged out of WiFi on my phone and was able to log back in with password successfully. Not a good sign that I can’t get past step 3 setting up this thing!!
