Need to get a hold of escalation team asap

Hi All. I need desperately to get in touch with the Escalation Team to inquire about the status of my case. Long story short, my motherboard crashed for no reason in month 13 due to manufacturers defect. I need it for work and need HP to come though asap. I have a case number and need an update.
