Need to return a labtop but HP customer support is giving me the runaround

I need help returning a labtop sent a email like you guys requested carla answers and drops the ball and tells me to call the 1800 number then when you call the 1800 it wants you to press #1 to send you right back to the rma email request is there anybody that can contact me about this return because HP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND!!!!!
