I've tried customer service, I've tried calling/emailing/and contact avenues. This is the second time haven't gotten a promised rebate. The first was a few years ago...sent in rebate slip with no response to writing/emailing/calling. Was told it would be checked and mailed. Never got it. I kept inquiring w/no result. Then hp told me it was too late. This time it was a special HP Upgrade Program via hp phone tech, to turn in my current printer for a new one and return the former for rebate. HP rec'd my returned printer 9/8/10 and still no rebate. All efforts in email/calling has not resulted in help. I don't think I will buy HP ever again.
