My local gas company has better service than hp. I made an order on Nov 31 at 9 pm. I was not made aware that once I made this order I won't be able to return, cancel, or refund (yes, what is this? who does this? is this even legal?) I am a student, by saving little money I was able to buy my niece who is overseas a laptop. My friends are going there on Dec 12 my estimated date of delivery is Dec 23. It is useless. What would I do with the laptop hp? Calling them since yesterday. Woke up early hoping they might pick up but no luck. So whoever represents hp here, what should I do? I'm not rich. Hp is a whole company I'm just a guy. I need help please please, please.
