I know this isn't the place to go but HP doesn't seem to care so I'm trying all methods at this point. I ordered a Spectre that I never received and all I want is for HP to contact me and give me a refund. It's not okay to charge someone $1400 for a laptop that never gets to them and then to ignore all communication with them. I really hope nobody ever has to go through this because I've never been more frustrated in my entire life.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
