No Response to Questions

HP Recommended

I have written 2 posts and 2 replies in regard to my Compaq Presario Laptop computer. I have had no response to any of them. My patience is being stretched. I tried the customer care centre to no avail. The stupid robot wanted me to book in the computer for repair. It doesn't need repair, it's brand new.

 

The problem is, it is a badly designed computer. The touch pad has this sensitive spot on the right hand side of the touch pad for turbo scrolling. I just want to know if there is a way of turning it off. If I can't turn it off, I will have to put it up for sale and buy a better designed computer.

 

If you want feedback from me, I'm afraid it's all negative. The worst service I have ever experienced. You are not to be recommended to anyone anymore.
