No Support From HP for Issues

Hi,

 

I baught HP Pavilion Dv4, through HP online stores, having issues with fan/processor with Loud noice and sound, logged call for issue using HP online chat and got excellent support from Alex "online chat rep"

 

Sent it for repair, got back laptop with screen  issue(half Blank screen and white lines), called phone support , got responce with rude/and no clarification, informed by repair team lcd broken not under coverage need to pay $400. And my laptop not even 1 year, under warrenty.

 

When i sent my good laptop got back issued one. """ That is HP support. ""How would we trust HP brand?

 

Hopes this is not my first case, Do i need to trust HP for manifactural defect products?

 

Hope some in "HP" higher management can know how customer facing issues and help to resolve these kind of faults.
