No email confirmation

I haven't received a confirmation email on an item I purchased. It hasn't been a week yet but it's been well over 48 hours. The only proof I have of making that purchase is my bank statement. I understand that there will be a delay in shipping because of the pandemic but I don't get why I haven't received an email yet regarding my purchase.
