I have made a feedback on the following link https://h41268.www4.hp.com/live/index.aspx?qid=8210

 

It supposes to be a channel to give feedback, but it's been 2 or 3 weeks since I made the feedback. There is no reply from the webmaster.

 

The feedback i made was regarding, the inefficient design of the webpage. Initially, I wanted to search for a link / email / phone that I could make a compliment to a HP stuff that had handled my case. I was very pleased by the services she had provided. But after searching for nearly half an hour, I can't find the proper link or contact.

 

Please advice.

This is a peer to peer forum where users assist each other with technical issues, so it is unlikely you will find information in regards to contacting HP directly here.  No HP employee emails/phone numbers are listed in this community, which is most likely the reason you were unable to any via the search tool.
