Non-receipt of gift promised by HP

I, Aaditya Dar, had participated in the HP Spin and Win Promotion twice on 14 July 2010 and won a HP printer F4488 AIO on both occasions. I was told (refer following email) that the gift would reach me in 21 days.


I would like to inform you that it has been two months and I have not received the printer. You are requested to look into the matter, take necessary action and kindly expedite the process.

Thank you for writing back. I understand the use of the forums very well. My intention was to draw to the attention, of the folks on this forum, the problems and great incoveniences caused to me. I was hoping of exploring ways of resolving this problem. I will check the link you have mentioned. But, I have been trying to get in touch with HP on their email [] and calling their office. No one receives the telephone calls and the email replies only acknowledge my problem. It has been two months and no resolution since.


I hope you will sympathise with my situation.
